Stress in America 2009
Stress is a major health problem in the United States, affecting people’s psychological and physical well-being. The APA’s 2009 Stress in America survey was released on Tuesday, November 3rd at 12:30pm ET. Check the APA Help Center for survey results and more information.
Research has shown that stress can contribute to the development of major illnesses, such as heart disease, depression and obesity.
